Felt undervalued because they people preach family environment but all they give a hoot about is their numbers. Same typical corporate attitude you have to deal with at a bigger place
Despite increased revenue over the pandemic, numerous employees were laid off, furloughed, or denied raises/bonuses that had been agreed upon months prior. HR attempted to intimidate me when asked about my pay code being below all of my peers, until my manager was able to adjust it 7 months later.

Pay to be more to what standard is in the industry
Looking at average salaries for the work I do I feel TRC pays well under those averages. The 401k benefit could definitely be better. I hear they have minimums for positions but since we were bought im still 10k+ supposedly under the minimum for my position
