Improved, honest communication from leadership; an HR team that doesn't see other employees as enemies; competitive wages; a revised performance review process; install a process to review and provide feedback to management; show company values performance rather than gender/race/political beliefs.
Reward employees for positive company performance, develop standards for everyone to be evaluated equally, tell HR to not act like goons, be more focused on productivity rather than a person's skin color/gender, be invested in the development of your employees not punitive about education costs.
Employees are fleeing the company and are not getting replaced leading to increased burdens on those who remain. Integration between teams is abysmal and different offices are not held to the same performance standards as some offices fail to bring in business and are a drag on others.
