From my experience TRC is a company that is very confused. There is so many talented and capable people whom see no opportunity because the project managers above them remain clueless and try to adapt to new ways of thinking. Meanwhile TRC falls behind in the industry and young talent leaves.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer was approachable did his best to make me feel like a desirable candidate
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing a project through from the planning, travel and development, implementation and finally seeing results for our clients.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers and I are called upon to travel often and we always provide accurate and reasonable field data.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The younger talent is used as a stepping stone for out of touch “project managers” to finish their last year
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
People who are unable to carry out tasks or provide results to the client are overvalued. You will hear the title “Project manager” tirelessly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Colleagues and I are all university educated and qualified individuals. We enjoy getting projects accomplished with little help from “management” within the AMS practice. Whilst many of whom have little to no education
