I have over 20 years of professional experience, TRC has been, by far, the most enjoyable company to work for. The flexibility and support is wonderful. I wish the opportunity to grow was more structured, but they are attempting to correct that.

I got to meet with people at all levels so I got a better understating of what they did before jumping onboard.

They are open to new ideas, encourage us to think outside the proverbial box, and are supportive and genuinely care about their employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overall goal is to make a positive difference/impact in the industry, and I feel that is supported and achieved through the team at TRC.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Diverse and incredibly smart. We all have strengths and weaknesses, somehow TRC has managed to find the best fit of employees to make a strong and effective team.
