Out of 82 TRC Companies employee reviews, 51% were positive. The remaining 49% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping TRC Companies improve their work culture. Fire the CEO, and hire leadership with people skills. Stop having the company run by acciuntants.

A pulse- zero empathy. No commitment to diversity or inclusion. The industry has gitten the message: don't work at TRC. Each pay check coukd be your last.
Communicate clearly with all departments of the business.
Replace with actual managers with skills
culture could always improve here
Better benefits, health care, retirement
Felt undervalued because they people preach family environment but all they give a hoot about is their numbers. Same typical corporate attitude you have to deal with at a bigger place
Despite increased revenue over the pandemic, numerous employees were laid off, furloughed, or denied raises/bonuses that had been agreed upon months prior. HR attempted to intimidate me when asked about my pay code being below all of my peers, until my manager was able to adjust it 7 months later.
Pay to be more to what standard is in the industry
Pay low, expectations high; must jump 24/7 or else.

Stop the finger pointing and develop a team approach over a cut throat competitive one.

Coworkers and I are called upon to travel often and we always provide accurate and reasonable field data.

for the most past my coworkers are fine, but a lot are starting to look elsewhere for work because you can make more money elsewhere than at TRC. a lot of it has to do with the high profit margin that must be met. prices have gone up for our clients, but not for employees. bad morale problem in DEG
Review from Engineering Dept
Everything, including the leadership, starting with the way my supervisor reacts
Review from Engineering Dept
Actually value employees as resource instead of only money
Improved, honest communication from leadership; an HR team that doesn't see other employees as enemies; competitive wages; a revised performance review process; install a process to review and provide feedback to management; show company values performance rather than gender/race/political beliefs.
it's obvious that the exec team is only worried about profit and that it drives all of their decisions. morale is real low at my office because the corporate folks seemingly have not kept the promises that were given, nor do they seem to care
Review from Engineering Dept
Interviewed, then no real follow up like providing you with a mentor

Old boys club environment; managers with little experience
The company needs to reduce turnover in the department. It reflects poorly when the product is late due to management intervening in the project reducing efficiency and individual contributors quickly leaving within a year due to the culture/environment.
Marketing doesnt reflect experience; oversell
Employees are fleeing the company and are not getting replaced leading to increased burdens on those who remain. Integration between teams is abysmal and different offices are not held to the same performance standards as some offices fail to bring in business and are a drag on others.
promises were not kept. pay needs to be at least equal to the competition in our field (only thing keeping several of us here are the benefits). company vehicles for field employees (standard in our field), a clear cut career path and training, qual cards that were promised. company shirts

Full of promises, delivery lacks

Pay, pay needs be be put inline with market values.
