The hourly rate and per diem.
Whatevery was agreed while joining i am getting it.

Helping whenever require any support.
Good communication and easy to work with
Some member of the team are very experienced and knowledgeable.
Diverse and incredibly smart. We all have strengths and weaknesses, somehow TRC has managed to find the best fit of employees to make a strong and effective team.
Very independent and you do your work and no one bothers you
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work pressure is not there , i get ample of time to complete the given time.
A lot of independence and self direction.
They don't micromanage you really
The overall goal is to make a positive difference/impact in the industry, and I feel that is supported and achieved through the team at TRC.
Get paid for all hours worked and, including travel time, most of the time.

Very convincing about opportunities and very complimentary to get you to join
Simple and quick hiring process
People have seemed friendly until you officially work there for a month
I got to meet with people at all levels so I got a better understating of what they did before jumping onboard.
