- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Many other game studios have a lot better compensation packages. You don't really start seeing good compensation untik you are higher up at Treyarch. They also keep people as temps or contractors for a really long time without reasoning for it- excluding those employees from earning PTO or bonuses.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listening to the people that work for them. Ego maniacs.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Cross department working is trash.
