What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership is good overall with standard industry wide issues. Does not micromanage much
They are actually down to earth

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Comp is fine, no issues
Insurance package of vision,dental and health.
2 weeks vacation is good
MIP plan used to be good - but come on Mitch, why change it?
The benefit package is okay.

Its a fairly easy going place to work
There's always safety first in getting the work done.
Too many people on different schedules, hybrid, remote, or in office
