They are actually down to earth
We work as a team.
They make sure you know what to do. They don't give up on you!
Friendly but lack communication skills.
Honesty, integrity, public speaking, less ego
Being a part of the communities they service and listening to their customers.
listening to and caring about employees
They followed me around on and off the clock even on my personal time
They need to get involved with what actually goes on in the company warehouse especially the Warehouse supervisor. They need to privately speak to the workers and make some changes. Thank You
Comp is fine, no issues
Insurance package of vision, dental and health.
2 weeks vacation is good
MIP plan used to be good - but come on Mitch, why change it?
The benefit package is okay.
too much overtime, not enough staff, leaders allow unacceptable behavior
Pay is not consistent or fair across the board for identical job positions.
The management team is only for themselves. They are completely incompetent. Good people are leaving the company.
I can not say don't want to lose my job.
If I made as much as the males, I would feel better about my compensation. Bonus program is garbage. Wrong people getting bonuses. No incentive to work hard. Don't even make a livable wage
We all work well together and towards a well made product.

There's always safety first in getting the work done.
Too many people on different schedules, hybrid, remote, or in office
This company has a culture of inclusion and teamwork
Everyone is willing to teach and train anyone.
More flexible schedule, remote if possible for your role
Need an executive manager that has been managing for years to come in and take over the location and show the existing manager how he should do his job
actually care about people and not overwork them
Employees are pounded nonstop for More production and more work.
Fire the management team and their cronies
Walk thru was the first thing.
When was hired it was great
The person was kind during the process
I got to meet every executive in the company
I was able to survey my department for a day.
They dont even know what questions to ask
A pay check, even if its under the standard for my industry
