Good leadership, actively trying to adjust to the ever-changing healthcare world. Genuinely good, talented people trying to make an impact across our footprint.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Teamwork, impactful work. I work with good people trying to make an impact in our communities every day.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Teamwork focused on impact. Our leadership actually encourages mental health and making sure you are taking care of yourself.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

We're a not-for-profit organization. Good salary, decent benefits, coverage could improve but benefits start on day 1 of employment. Not many companies offer that.

What makes you most happy at work?

The impact that I know that I have. Work is challenging, working in healthcare is not for the faint of heart but I find it rewarding.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Relatively painless, option for virtual interviewing. Transparent about pay and benefits. The recruiter called me directly, told me to ask questions and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Forward-thinking, proactive leadership. The delivery of health care is changing and we are trying to lead. I appreciate that. Leadership addresses social issues, rather than running or not addressing stuff - I like that. They are still working on some stuff but you can tell they are trying.
