Communication is a big problem. The supervisors ignore our issues and ideas to improve our work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They come up with some great ideas and plans to help support our patients; providing they have health insurance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have health insurance but for all their talk about wanting to provide for their employees, they sure don't put any extra effort obtaining better healthcare packages.
