The pay is pretty bad and not worth the work. The culture is bad, likely because of poor compensation. Lots of workers have poor attitudes and only vocalize negative things.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organizing the business model to be able to pay your workers better. Also foster a better work culture - which starts with proper compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work in the Lab. We get paid the very minimum or even below industry standard. we do as much schooling as nurses and get paid less than 1/2 their pay in some cases here. It leaves people feeling underappreciated and overworked.
