the video interview. it was better than just a phone interview
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
it's not just the compensation, it's the overall treatment. I received an outstanding performance review, but received NO RAISE. There is no motivation to do better. Also, being lied to is a way of making people feel undervalued.
