  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at TriTech Software Systems?
Merger and new ownership are showing a dramatic decrease in employee “care”. Medical insurance benefits declining, draconian non-competes, removing employees pto balances in “favor” of open pto but for long term employees this really just removed 240 hours of banked compensation Dollar’s from what the company owed us, forcing employees to make a trans country move decision in 7 days to a sight unseen locality, moving from corporate credit cards for heavy travelers to relying on personal credit cards banking the company just to start. It’s been one hit after another in purely the investors bottom line and nothing for the employees. Morale is plummeting like the Titanic into an iceberg.
