Strived to be a positive motivator but with all the benefit increases, no raises, striped of bonuses and then took the 401K away, had to leave. Good move.... Better benefits, 401K and good working environment so there are many better companies out there that really do care about their employees.

They worked fo me for many years and were dedicated. Hard to motivate a team that works for the same pay year over year and has to swallow benefits take-aways
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Culture changing based on SR management. They talk a good game but why not at the pay and incentives they receive while workers pay the price. Millions and Millions on just a few copr people. Horrible
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Worked so hard for this corp and went downhill over the past 6 years. Honestly (7) days a week and up to (80) hrs in a week to only have incentives that were planned for the year, taken away from all.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Remember you when you show up for your first day on the job to start. Next be prepared for you on your first day not have you sit in the HR waiting room for 2.5 hours while they figure out what happened. Probably the worse experience I have had
