The leader team are every nice person
Just a little different from
They clearly respected me, valued my opinion, and let me do my job as I thought it should be done.
What leadership thats always late
They kept you informed about things and were accessible
Communication with the shop floor, spend less time in meeting and fix the problems on the shop floor. Listen!
Accountability throughout the org and more so with staff
Bringing in work. Being available.
Identify the real issues at hand. Revamp high performance teams with qualified and knowledgable people that have been in the industry.
let us know what going on instead of never knowing whats going to happen next month
Dental is the best my dentist has ever seen
Everything about it is great
It is commensurate for my position.
Health insurance and 401k and
Just having the choice of a package.
Worked so hard for this corp and went downhill over the past 6 years. Honestly (7) days a week and up to (80) hrs in a week to only have incentives that were planned for the year, taken away from all.
Have lost so much retirement value being they have multiple times just taken away the 401K and yearly raised the co-pay of medical. All the time this happens, the senior leadership make millions and fly in a corp jet. They can afford increased co-pay on medical at their rate of pay
The stock price remains consistently low.
Getting paid more for my the work I do.
Yes im nor being pay equally
Some are very knowledgeable of their jobs and willing to help and show you correct ways of doing things if necessary.
They worked fo me for many years and were dedicated. Hard to motivate a team that works for the same pay year over year and has to swallow benefits take-aways
Good team spirit and personalities.
Everyone is super nice and friendly
Everyone has the same goal: success of the company.
Yes need to be more responsible
They just need to do their jobs.
My allowance to implement change
Stability with product requirements and company get togethers
commonality of goal and drive.
We all have a great time while working
We need a change at the top.
Not really can change much
Have work available. And people who are willing to do their jobs.
Management and senior leadership that are overpaid and bleeding the company.
rewards for going over and beyond what your ment to do
I got the job as a temp so not much interviewing.
they made me feel welcome from day one
Remember you when you show up for your first day on the job to start. Next be prepared for you on your first day not have you sit in the HR waiting room for 2.5 hours while they figure out what happened. Probably the worse experience I have had
Remember when you hire a new employee and he shows up for his first day of work, you remember you hired him and don't make him sit in the HR office for (2) hours while you try to figure out what to do with him. My office was the end of a fold out table and a metal chair. Nice job for a new employee
Product build on time and cost along with being compensated for all the hard work.
Money and future benefits granted
Being a contributor to success.
Some of the people are good to work with. On my shift, we all get along pretty well.
The people. And I enjoy just working there.
Culture changing based on SR management. They talk a good game but why not at the pay and incentives they receive while workers pay the price. Millions and Millions on just a few copr people. Horrible
Poor delivery, poor quality, more inexperienced people than ever
we are running out of work fast
