Great benefits and perks as well as year equity grants.

Pay more. When you add in the hours, it is not good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is extremely dedicated and works together to help the company achieve it's goals.
The entire team is open, available, and friendly. There are few egos, and anyone seems to be readily available to help you find your way, answer questions, help out on a project to ensure our collective success!

People are always willing to help and love to come together in our remote work environment for whatever is needed.
The heightened sense of belonging, recognition, and timely communication across the organization.
How supportive and engaging it is - which something difficult to pull off in a remote environment. I feel genuinely cared about.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was streamlined and efficient.
Prompt follow up, clear expectations, speed of offer.
The recruiter that I had an opportunity to work with was very open with me in regards the process and set realistic expectations on the front end. I felt like I had a really good understanding of where I stood during that time because she kept me in the know of what was going on.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no leadership and no direction.
It's not a service that people get excited about, especially since we have 2 customer bases (consumers and dealers).
