  • New Hire Benefits Information

    As a new hire, your benefit elections MUST be made between day 30 and day 90 of yourwaiting period. If you do not elect coverage during this time, you will NOTbe eligible for benefits during the current calendar year, unless you have a qualified life event.

    To enroll in coverage, you can log into www.mytrugreen.com by using your Empower ID credentials and clicking on themyTGHRlink at the top of the page and navigate to the"Health Benefits" link. This will take youto the benefits portal to make your election. If you receive an error after day 30 of your waiting period, please contact1-844-313-8447 and choose Option 1 so we can assist you.

    If you prefer to make your elections over the phone, please call 1-844-313-8447 and choose Option 1 for assistance.

    You can also access additional resources and provider contact information by logging into www.mytrugreen.com with your Empower ID credentials. Once logged in;

    Click Resources on the orange menu bar

    Select Human Resources

    Select New Hire Benefits

  • When a former associate is re-hired, their manager will receive an email from TG Access Management with the returning associates login credentials (see image below).

    Sometimes the manager will not receive the credentials email until the end of the day.

    For managers with returning associate(s) awaiting login credentials:

    Make sure that the manager has not already received the returning associates credentials via email from TG Access Management before having them call the service desk for assistance.

    If the manager has not received the returning associates credentials via email after one business day, call the service desk at 1-800-456-5296.

    Do not call Business Application Support for credential assistance as they are unable to assist with this type of issue due to compliance.

  • Beginning this week, Residential Sales Reps, Outside Sales Reps and Field Sales leads will now enter and submit mileagein Workday. Weekly Sales Mileage will no longer be entered in Concur. This change will ONLY apply to theResidential Sales Rep, Outside Sales Rep andField Sales Lead job codes. These job codes will only have access to enter mileage reimbursements in Workday and will no longer have access to Concur Travel and Expense.All other job codes not listed above will continue to use Concur as normal.   • As of November 5, 2018, associates now access TruGreen University by visiting Workday and clicking the new Learning worklet. Business critical training courses (Compliance, Safety, Interview Guides, 2018 XP, and Residential Sales new hire training) have been made available for associates to complete in TruGreen Universitys new platform, Workday Learning. Additional courses and new content for the 2019 season will be loaded in the coming weeks.

    Job aids have been attached that provideinstructions on how to enroll in a course or to enroll an associate on your team in a course.
