The people I am able to work with and the vision for what the company wants the internet experience to be.

Collegial and supportive. People don't look to blame others. Of course problems happen, but we fix and learn and help each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their vision is our vision. It's shared throughout the company, and I believe in the team that is leading, helping us grow for our customers.
