They are very honest and transparent. They really appreciate those that work for them and are the first to give praise! They bring a human and approachable attitude to their role.

They provide you with the benefits on your first day of hire. You are also able to choose from different packages to find what suits your needs. The benefits are incredible and some of the best I have heard about.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how friendly and personable the hiring person was on the phone. It made the interview more of a conversation. They were transparent and respectful and I felt asked fair questions. I also liked how fast the whole process was!
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with the team and collaborating makes me super happy. Knowing that the team has my back makes me feel calm, and I do not take that for granted. As well, the team highly values having fun! Which is important to me.

Where do I start. They are super encouraging and kind. Everyone is super talented, and it pushes the team to higher levels. We all bring our best to the team. Beyond that, people truly care about others and make it a collaborative, caring, environment.
