It used to be a great company but a few things have come to light which has affected my excitement to be here. The main thing is the pay, newer employees are getting paid way more than me for the same exact position when I've been here for years and worked extremely hard. It doesn't feel the best.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Newer employees within the same position as me are getting paid 20-40% more than I am and stock promises never happened.
