They are good at providing me with constructive feedback and giving me the opportunity to be creative in my role.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very conversational and I quickly became less nervous early in the interview due to the way it was being handled.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For the position I'm in, the pay and vacation days are pretty good. I also like getting the option to choose my health coverage and contributing to RRSP (the company match is great as well)
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very collaborative! Our meetings tend to be productive where we bounce ideas off each other as we are all want to resolve whatever issue is at hand and get work back on track. Never had such a collaborative group to work with before.
