What do you like best about the leadership team?

Executives leadership is great, except they allow their people to be underpaid for their titles.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Great people that know their jobs well. They don't blame others, they are very professional.

What makes you most happy at work?

The people, hands down. Some of the best people I've ever worked with in my life.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

On page 65 of their 10-K filling they discuss executive compensation and this is stated in there "target compensation at the 50th percentile of market levels, as measured by Payscales" This is not the target for regular employees and that leaves a very bad taste in employees doing above average work
