In general terms my experience has been great. I've had leaders who've challenged me while giving support and they have been genuinely concerned about my growth. Also great benefits and pay compared to local market. The only bad thing is that career growth isn't clear

I am constantly learning and I receive a worldwide perception on the IT market that I had never received
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think they are constantly asking you to put your health first. There is a lot of work to do, but I have personally felt supported when having to take time off to recharge.
