Amazing team that help and support when help is needed.
We buckle down when the tough gets going. Despite having to deal with more on-call mess than most teams in the office, everyone stays positive and dedicated. Everyone helps for everyone no matter the situation, be it vacation or illness. We know how to enjoy work.

I came to this company for the values - for the twilio magic. What I'm finding is that all the people who believed in the magic are leaving and the culture is shifting to one where people don't trust others and don't collaborate well.
