People are very collaborative here
The co workers make the negative vibes here lately more tolerable.
they claim to be diverse and inclusive, but if you are not US resident, you dont matter
I think they are constantly asking you to put your health first. There is a lot of work to do, but I have personally felt supported when having to take time off to recharge.
The ideas behind the Twilio values are super positive, but whether or not they are actually upheld is another thing.
