Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Better and more affordable Benefits. 500$ a paycheck for family insurance is a joke with the deductible and copays. Larger bonuses since the raises do not usually get you above the inflation rate
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I just feel as though if your hundreds or even thousand miles away from home for months at a time we should be paid a lot more than we do. This job is dangerous and there a lot more to it than just driving
