Uber Driver-Partners Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The medical benefits are amazing!!

Review from Customer Support Dept

Autonomy to make out want you want.

Review from Customer Support Dept

equity

Review from Operations Dept

Would like a tip option for riders to be able to tip in app to drivers.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It would be nice for Uber to not take as big of a cut. Seems like I'm getting only 75+ as opposed to 80-85% recently.

Review from Operations Dept

You don't get paid decently unless you pick up a rider in a surge zone.

Review from Operations Dept

Getting paid mileage to pickups would help

Review from Customer Support Dept

They need to not take as much and charge more for regular fares

Review from Sales Dept

Great health insurance and meals in office

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a driver, it would nice to have some sort of discount when using Uber as a rider. The current Pro rewards is hardly worth the effort

Uber nickle and dimes the driver. More fees and more ridiculous low rates like Uber Xpress. When a rider walks upnto a driver. Time consuming and wasted time is wasted money.

Review from Operations Dept

Too many riders. Just another number.

Review from Customer Support Dept

its a good part time side hustle

Review from Operations Dept

Wish more people tipped, easy job though

Review from Operations Dept

Not enough money per hour

Review from Operations Dept

More $ per minute of driving time.

Review from Operations Dept

Maybe a benefit or 2

Review from Operations Dept

I got into a car accident while driving for Uber the app was on but I didn't have a Rider. After I completed my incident report they left me totally high and dry I paid $0.04 a mile for insurance to pay me lost wages I never got it the lost wages Uber in a lawsuit for withholding wages from drivers

Review from Customer Support Dept

benefits are top heavy at Uber

Review from Operations Dept

Pay is way too low when you have to take care of a car and pay your bills, many times working 7 to 8 hours may be a profit of 56 dollars.

Review from Operations Dept

Uber % too high, riders charged too little. And no tip option

Review from Operations Dept

I was deactivated over ratings w/ a 4.39/5. I scored better than a 4.6 rating in my last two weekly reports.

Review from Operations Dept

The min fee should be higher. Not worth $3. Min should be at least $5 after Uber fees. This might deter people to call Ubet to go 2 blocks.

Review from Operations Dept

Lower company % .and charge little more.

Review from Customer Support Dept

no benefits\nno stock options\nno 401 k plan

Review from Operations Dept

Uber drivers barely make minimum wage ...enuff said and meanwhile uber corporation rakes in big profits!

higher prices to the riders and more pay for the uber drivers. Uber prices r ridiculously cheap and the pay to drivers is not enough

Review from Operations Dept

Better pay, offer us options to buy stock, let customers tip. Without drivers uber doesn't exist
