Communications with ALL the drivers in their regions. Delaware drivers regulated and so called oversight is in Philly and they don't enforce their regulations , at least in Delaware they dont.

Taking care of their drivers and not just in perks. We need profits!! Higher pay. Taxi=$3.25 mile UBER=$0.87 mile in Houston. Ridiculous!
