The whole Uber culture is manipulative, impersonal and passive-aggressive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing. Uber manipulates its drivers, even their own vehicle. They let certain riders abuse the ratings system and penalized me for it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was deactivated over ratings w/ a 4.39/5. I scored better than a 4.6 rating in my last two weekly reports.
