The people I meet and the money I make, and that I can choose what goes I work.

I don't meet them but by chance. No meetings, no team building. Not a bad thing at all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but I would gladly trade some percentage points of the fare for health insurance and perhaps a stock option.
