Uber is making record profits. If it weren't for the drivers Uber would be nothing but a useless App.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking care of their drivers and not just in perks. We need profits!! Higher pay. Taxi=$3.25 mile UBER=$0.87 mile in Houston. Ridiculous!

Don't need to work with any coworkers. I am a subcontractor and independent driver. Higher pay per mile is what we are looking for
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just to have your pay cut down overnight with no warning makes me feel very devalued . They took 20% of my earnings away overnight!!
