UberEATS Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

the equity grants renew each year and vest monthly

Review from Operations Dept

Not really much to brag about benefits. Miniscule at best

Review from Customer Support Dept

The Extra money that I receive

Catered lunch and credits for Uber

Getting paid is always fun.

Review from Operations Dept

everything is good with the company so far

Review from Sales Dept

Daily pay is the best part.

Review from Sales Dept

everything is awesome in this company

Review from Sales Dept

When they have promos going.

Review from Sales Dept

Able to pick my own hours

Review from Sales Dept

The benefits are amazing. Discounts for my phone bill and other discounts when buying new products from them.

You get to pick your own hours

Review from Sales Dept

Generally, the fares offered per mileage and time on top of the pickup and drop off fees are reasonable; even on a quick delivery not during peak hours you can expect to make around $5.00 per delivery overall. Most I’ve made in a single day

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Every time I get to Gold, silver or platinum status I can never make my satisfaction rate to 95% to get the benefits that they promised me. Then at the end of the month if I reach gold, silver, or platinum it deletes your points and I have to start all over again anyways. It's ridiculous!

Getting paid the right amount of money for the jobs that I complete

yes. More money would be nice

I need money to pay bills not a costco membership or a premium support line

i just see it as a gig, don't take this job too seriously

Review from Operations Dept

I would feel better is I was paid for all the trips fairly and if they would follow through.

Review from Sales Dept

I only get about $3.50 per delivery and I think that my time is worth more and I have to cover the gas and up keep of my car.

Review from Sales Dept

We need an actual person who speaks the same language. We need more compensation. Perhaps some incentive contests. Liven things up a little.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel that the pay isn't quite right, especially since all of the gas is on me.

Better pay and benefits would also be a plus

Review from Sales Dept

The job was more rewarding with promotions, but they promotions have been reduced in my area. My area also doesn't offer quests to make the time more worthwhile.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Directly Increased revenue by over $4M per year and compensated $500.00 to $600.00 on a weekly basis.

Review from Sales Dept

offers for similar positions are ~1.5x in base salary with similar equity

Review from Sales Dept

There is no compensation with UberEats.

Review from Sales Dept

I enjoy working with UberEats sometimes, but there are a few concerns that should be considered. We only get fare from pick-up to customer which is sometimes kind of far. If close..0k. Other issue is being sent a request that is nowhere in your zone. This actually costs us instead of getting ahead

Review from Operations Dept

More knowledge of where thy are sending me to deliver before I accept the pickups

Review from Operations Dept

Not paid based on professionalism, but rather miles and times it takes to get from place A to place B.

Review from Operations Dept

Because sometimes it might take long to receive the food and the passenger is almost at walking distance, so there is hardly any profit and time definitely wasted!!!!
