Every time I get to Gold, silver or platinum status I can never make my satisfaction rate to 95% to get the benefits that they promised me. Then at the end of the month if I reach gold, silver, or platinum it deletes your points and I have to start all over again anyways. It's ridiculous!

Getting paid the right amount of money for the jobs that I complete

yes. More money would be nice

I need money to pay bills not a costco membership or a premium support line

i just see it as a gig, don't take this job too seriously

Pay the drivers fairly for those long distance deliveries and get a better more trained driver support team. 90% of the time it is useless to contact them. They always refer to escallated dept. And it sounds like they are reading a script and unprepared for questions
