Work is great, pay is a joke for the amount of customer service,repairs and demands. Otherwise i love my job and the owners are amazing.

There is no leadership team. So Great.

Helping cutomers at no charge is always the best.

Nothing. Its not a team issue its a moral ethics and pride of your job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have more experience not being utilized, i will be looking for a place that needs them.
