Everyone is so friendly and supportive. They truly feel like friends rather than just colleagues.

They actually asked me about who I was as a person. My interests, hobbies and aspirations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How transparent they are. They genuinely care about how we are doing even outside of the workplace
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the job we do is worth more than we are paid, however this is the only complaint I have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone always wants to bring the other up and inspire you to be the best you can be. The environment is so constructive.
