Honestly I hardly got to speak, my director who interviewed me loves to talk about himself and how great he is.

Managment has all coworker so terrified that no one will speak up about issues. Director does not allow anyone’s ideas to be expresse
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, for being such a profitable hospital system how come only the top executives are getting huge bonuses when they don’t even deal with Covid patients. The front line clinicians get zero hazardous work pay. All so the higher-ups can keep collecting huge bonuse
