We are an actual team, not like other places or massive employers. But it won't last because they won't pay is fair.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor is great, fair, and a leader. Everyone above him is trash who don't care about the staff who wants to stay at the hospital. That's rather over compensate a traveler.
