Like ive stated, management does not care. Which, ok i was expecting that, but this is why their is a high turnover rate. You take it until you cant
What are some of the best things about your team?
Well i loved most of the people around me except those who created hostile work environments. Luckily i felt like there were more people thag were caring than interested in drama.
What makes you most happy at work?
Well i enjoyed what I did most of the time, of course it was too easy. But it was management thay made the environment uncomfortable, we were all worried when the manager would come because it always meant something bad.
