What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We are a great team. We have good people, with lots of motivation and cooperation. We work very well together, and everybody has good work ethics.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management should get involve in our department to realize what we do on a daily basis and how well we work to take care of patients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company gives priority to save money rather than providing good care for patients. They don't even know what kind of work we do, or how good we function.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Increase workers wages. They pay very poor wages, and miss manage funds in other aspects. THey are trying to save the penny on every corner, and do not value hard working employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nurses and aids are very underpaid compared to other areas. It is hard to retain workers, when we ask and give good reasons to get more pay the deny it without looking at the cost risk/benefit, and high turn over high costs.
