UCHealth – I love working here. I have been here for 8 years, through a lot of changes. I enjoy my department, my manager, my co-workers and I enjoy coming to work most every day. Of course there are challenges and days I don't want to be here because it's real life! The good far outweigh the bad! | Comparably

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I can't wait to retire with a full pension!

What did you like most about the interview process?

It's been a while, but I like I can ask my questions. The opportunity to get information about my position and the company.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership of my department work very well together. They support each other, each other's teams, as well as the mission of the hospital.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The meetings: I think they're as effective as you make them... Yes or No is too black and white. My team: supportive, fun, personable, effective, good at their jobs, helpful.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Ability to combine work and fun; ability to work at different locations, including home at times; they bring puppies; fitting in breaks and walking (non-clinical position); work/life balancing act is easier.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to make a difference in people's lives. Although I'm in a non-clinical position, I know that I am able to affect changes that can be felt to the patient.
