With in my unit, our energy is positive. Between departments, it is extremely negative with no true attempt for empathy or consideration.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The only recommendations they will allow is how to save money. Their focus is not how to better manage their employees, caring about their values, but how to be frugal in any way.
