I feel uchealth is a great company. However the company needs to re-evaluate the pay scale for the employees that are only receiving 50 cents a year raise.

Knowing I get my job done. Time does go quickly because we are busy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team at my facility are hard workers. Know what to do and we do it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need quality help. People that come in to work not have a coffee party when they get there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team needs a lot of training and needs to come together as a group. To many chiefs not enough Indians.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the company needs to do an evaluation and update their pay. Getting a maximum 3% raise doesn't even cover cost of living. Having my bonus taxed at over 50% is a tough swallow. There are employees starting at a higher rate than employees being there for 5+ years. Salary needs adjustment.
