What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Valuing nurses and not just seeing them as an expense

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviewing with my direct manager, and reply time of HR

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

UCHealth does not pay nurses a livable wage for the state of Colorado.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Showing nurses they are valued through more ways than pizza parties when staffing is poor

What are some of the best things about your team?

The nurses I work with are extraordinary, its unfortunate so many have left and continue to leave because of poor working conditions and compensation

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nurses are constantly undervalued compared to physicians. Nurses week is never recognized, although physicians week is, and that feels like a tangible way to show how little they value their nurses
