What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Qualified and ethical hiring practices need to be in place
more vacation time, better work life balance.
Managers should micromanage less and need to develop better trust in their employees. Should have more activities to increase morale. Also, managers should be more respectful towards their staff and try not to control or bully them because they don't live up to their standards.
Have a larger & reasonable daycare system.
Decompartmentalized. Negative. Emotionally and mentally unsupportive.
