UiPath Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

unlimited PTO and good healthcare

Review from Sales Dept

equity, annual bonus, unlimited PTO, wellness benefit

Review from HR Dept

Salary is competitive for the industry

Review from Product Dept

Base salary + variable comp = upside potential aligned to company goals

Review from Customer Support Dept

Equity refresh. Competitive Annual bonus.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Healthcare package and 401k match

Review from Engineering Dept

It's clearly thought out with the employee in mind, covering all possible areas where I could rely in the organization's support.

Review from HR Dept

Work-Life Balance, Wellness fund and they really have thought of the tiny things that add up to be such a great benefit

Review from Customer Success Dept

Unlimited PTO and good wellness programs

Review from Customer Success Dept

The salary is very competitive.

Review from Marketing Dept

Base Salary, Bonus, and Equity are all very competitive.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Fair pay, excellent choices for benefits.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Good benefits package as a whole

Review from Customer Support Dept

The best part has to be the stock.

Review from HR Dept

Variable / Commissions and RSUs

Review from Sales Dept

Good balance between cash vs equity.

Review from Product Dept

Upside on the stock-based comp.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Great pay and extra perks

Review from Operations Dept

The base salary, the bonus, and the stock refreshers are some of the best parts of my compensation package.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Good salary altough other benefits average. For exampke no more bootcamps for new joiners, limited offices perks, no dental private insurance in emea

Review from Marketing Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that Work From Home benefits are missing as compared to other industry leaders in the market

Review from Sales Dept

I didn't say I felt undervalued, I said I wasn't paid enough. Cash is not value

Review from Product Dept

Mentorship and teaching others- my strong suits- are undervalued.

Review from Sales Dept

I think, compared to others with the same experience, are being paid more at other companies. Stock options are nice but higher salaries would be better due to the state of the stock.

Review from Marketing Dept

Its hard to know if we are compensated fairly if pay bands are not transparent. Also pay increases that at minimum match inflation rates

Review from Engineering Dept

Because new hires with less experience get paid less. Because I am below the lower limit of the UiPath salary range for the job profile I have Fair compensation would make me feel better

Review from Product Dept

We need to keep up with market salaries.

Review from Sales Dept

I know I'm underpaid in comparison to the market.

Review from Engineering Dept

I feel have been targeted and treated unfairly due to the opinion of one or two people that really do not know what I do and the results I achieve. Because of their false judgement of me I had to take a different role and was forced to take a big pay cut.

Review from Sales Dept

- Haven't received a proper salary increase since I was hired. - Doing the job of a Principal SWE Manager, but still a Senior SWE Manager - Stock packages were solid, but I also expect that the salary is at least kept up with inflation and my performance and growth, but it didn't

Review from Engineering Dept

Goals are often unclear and vague and provided late. Or they are disconnected from my everyday tasks (example: Increase deal size when only support deals.). This makes it hard to impact my compensation. No career growth path available.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel the salary increases are rare and very small. It would make me feel more comfortable if we would take into consideration how the spending per person has increased since the pandemic started. My salary used to be decent, but during the pandemic this has proven to be different.

Review from Sales Dept

Regular comp adjustment based on performance

Review from HR Dept

As per market standard. people outside and inside are getting huge compensations

Review from Engineering Dept

I am not sure, if there is anything to make me feel better.

Review from IT Dept

probably a higher monthly salary

Review from IT Dept

Clearer rationales for pay scales and promotions

Review from Business Development Dept

All of my peers were promoted to higher paying roles mid-year, even though I was named the top performer and was not promoted until review time to a lesser promotion vs my peers

Review from Customer Success Dept

When I look at being promoted and being told you get a new title, new role, new job description but no increase in salary. Working more than one role with no extra incentives at all. The fact the company does not even see this is disturbing.

Review from Sales Dept

I haven't had a merit increase since I joined and have had consistent great performance reviews.
