Lunch. Upgrades for long flights. Being part of the UiPath family.
What's the office layout like at UiPath?
Crowded. We have grown so fast, busting out at the seams. But, this is part of the culture now. If anyone wanted to sit in Daniel’s office I think that is 100% ok. Daniel would just go out on the couch and have a meeting in the open area. We will fix the overcrowding, but culturally, I think it actually contributes to teamwork and friendliness.
How much diversity is there among employees at UiPath?
We must be one of the more diverse companies out there. In NYC for example, it feels like 80% diversity. Good feeling.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining UiPath?
There is more travel than I anticipated. This can be a challenge sometimes but I think the companies realizing there are times where we can be more efficient and still accomplish our goals.
What's the vibe like in the Executive dept at UiPath? How many hours are you working?
Vibe is strong. A lot of smiling. Daniel like to hug. Contagious.
What's the Executive team like at UiPath?
Open. Friendly. Committed. Smart.
How's the leadership on the Executive team at UiPath?
Great. Everyone is chasing the same industry goal as a team. No politics.

How do I do well in an interview at UiPath?
Understand the company. Research and prepare as if this is the best opportunity you will ever have in your career. One exec I know now at UiPath told me he spent over 100 hours studying, researching, and talking with people. Then, be yourself.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at UiPath?
Very good. But, it was a little outside of the normal process. I did not apply. I was asked to join to bring my specialty and experience to UiPath. It was more of a case of talking with Daniel to show him what good looks like (based on my view and experience).
What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at UiPath?
What kind of company do you want to work for; characteristics. Of course, the right answer includes ‘humble’. I did not use this word, but as I described how I work with people and what is important, it showed my humble personality.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from UiPath?
Daniel, CRO, Board member. It was not the standard People Ops process. I was getting informed along the way ay by the BU.
How would you compare interviewing at UiPath to other places you've interviewed?
I interviewed with Daniel, the CRO, and a board member. This showed me how important my role was to UiPath. The discussions were very strategic versus your typical interview.
How flexible is your work schedule at UiPath?
Very. But, it still involves a lot of work.
What does the ideal candidate in the Executive department look like at UiPath?
Humble. Smart. Experienced. Hard working team player. Brings new ideas without hesitation.
What kind of interview questions do they ask when hiring someone in the Executive department at UiPath?
Culture. Culture. Culture. They really want to know if the new exec is a great fit. Each ex c has a role to help create the best culture possible. It is part of our responsibility. They also want to know with some specifics how the new exec will execute based on a sound vision.
