How does UiPath measure success and growth in the Executive department?
I do not know. I think this will become more important in the next few years, but most are new today anyway.
How are the career growth opportunities on the Executive team at UiPath?
With such high growth at UiPath, this opens up many possibilities for everyone, including execs. As a UiPath exec, we should all be looking for news ways to grow our company, which often will result in new opportunities. In my previous life, while the company was growing, I created three new business orgs which remained in place for many years after I moved on.
Can you let me know of employee benefits in Bangalore office?
I am not fully conversant with it. But would include free lunch at office, unlimited days off, stock options and freedom to grow

I do not think we have ever needed a layoff. this is a growth company.
