What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

People who are contracted to UiPath do not have any clarity in their career path. It will really help if UiPath can take care of it's contracted employees as good as their regular employee.

Review from IT Dept

Identifying talent and rewarding appropriately vs time based merit increases, promoting top talent appropriately

Review from Customer Success Dept

Diversity, less nepotism, less micro-management

Review from Business Development Dept

Form a roadmap and share strategy more clearly.

Review from Engineering Dept

Listen to your employees who know more than you.

Review from Product Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

I feel that Work From Home benefits are missing as compared to other industry leaders in the market

Review from Sales Dept

I didn't say I felt undervalued, I said I wasn't paid enough. Cash is not value

Review from Product Dept

Mentorship and teaching others- my strong suits- are undervalued.

Review from Sales Dept

I think, compared to others with the same experience, are being paid more at other companies. Stock options are nice but higher salaries would be better due to the state of the stock.

Review from Marketing Dept

Its hard to know if we are compensated fairly if pay bands are not transparent. Also pay increases that at minimum match inflation rates

Review from Engineering Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

I would like there to be clear roles and responsibilities, including timeframes for asking for things to be done. I would also like people to fully utilize the tools available to them and be shown to be competent.

Review from Customer Success Dept

GTM operations are confused, leading to too many gray areas. Incentives for account teams differ for each role, so it's a constant push-pull.

Review from Sales Dept

Would help us if they communicate rather than simply escalating for no reason

Review from IT Dept

Better organizational structure and communication lines. Rapid increase in new products requires all client-facing roles to be jacks of all trades. Lots of training material has been provided which is great, but it's not tenable for everyone to know everything once our suite reaches a certain size.

Review from Engineering Dept

My team needs to expand to be able to handle the workload better.

Review from Business Development Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

I am not sure about this

Review from IT Dept

treat our Partners as Customers !!!! Partners should be our first reference and success case ! Try to find a Partner in our home page in a click...I dare you!

Review from Sales Dept

leadership changes up top, perhaps leaders that have some exposure operating globally across geos.

Review from Engineering Dept

Clear aligned strategy amongst all teams and correct resources to drive the business forward

Review from Marketing Dept

Less Romanian influence, less top down directives

Review from Sales Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

I've been with UiPath for 3 years, so my interview process is not longer the norm. At the time, it was very ad-hoc and uncoordinated. In the meantime I hear it's great

Review from Business Development Dept

Make it more personal. I was never asked about the best time to schedule a call, I just had an invite put on my calendar

Review from Operations Dept

Make it shorter. Not publish open jobs that are not open anymore.

Review from HR Dept

Get rid of the HackerRank - it serves no purpose.

Review from Engineering Dept

It seems like it's all about jumping through hoops.

Review from Engineering Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

There's too much hand waving in our leadership. Leadership following through on quarterly and yearly initiatives and acknowledgements of employee pain points more reliably would go a long way.

Review from Sales Dept

Nothing I say now can change the fact

Review from IT Dept

Imbalanced promotion program, peers taking too much vacation time and not being available

Review from Customer Success Dept

no goals, bad assignment, bad

Review from Business Development Dept

Too many things to list. the most important thing: the new sales strategy for SMB is immoral. Don't make me do things that bend my values just so you can get a dollar. It's reprehensible.

Review from Sales Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Outlook Reviews

Communication and ethics. Stop lying.

Review from Engineering Dept

More competitive pay for the recruiting team.
