The company is very focused on motivational moments which is very nice for team building.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think my manager is really great and really does her best to get along with her employees and clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I should be making more money for how hard I work. If I was trying to make rent payments I would not be able to live off of my current salary.
